About Daniela
Founder. Investor. Community Builder. Legacy-Focused Leader.
The most powerful work comes from alignment — not performance.
I support founders who are ready to build from truth, honor their story, and create with depth.
I’ve raised millions, led teams, exited a company, and rebuilt from the ground up.
And through it all, I’ve learned that growth without alignment isn’t success — it’s burnout in disguise.
Mission
To create spaces for people who are building, rebuilding, or becoming —
where ambition can coexist with tenderness, and success doesn’t require self-abandonment.
My work is rooted in truth, presence, and legacy.
I help leaders come home to themselves so they can build what lasts.
Vision
A world where growth isn’t extracted from our bodies, families, or values —
but is shaped by care, courage, and continuity.
I envision leaders who build slowly enough to stay whole.
Who measure success by impact, not ego.
Who leave things better because they were here.

The Backstory
I grew up in Connecticut in an Italian immigrant family where entrepreneurship wasn’t a buzzword — it was survival, grit, and community.
My grandfather arrived in the U.S. with only a few coins and built a successful construction business from the ground up. More importantly, he lifted others along the way — empowering fellow immigrants and proving that success is rarely a solo journey.
That lesson stayed with me:
Success isn’t just about what you build — it’s about who you build it with.
Breaking Barriers & Building Companies
At 20, I moved to Arizona and began my career in corporate relocation, managing high-profile accounts for the Department of Justice, the Secret Service, and the FBI.
I climbed quickly — until I was told I lacked the “life experience” required for leadership.
So I built my own.
I co-founded a startup to disrupt the $20B+ moving industry, raised $33 million, scaled the company nationwide, and reached a $95M valuation — all while raising two young boys.
From the outside, it looked like success.
Behind the scenes, it was pressure, responsibility, and constant decision-making at scale.

When Everything Changed
My exit didn’t happen the way I expected.
And in that moment, I saw something most founders never plan for:
What happens after success matters.
Research shows only 33% of founders report greater satisfaction post-exit.
Many experience loss of identity, direction, or fulfillment — even after achieving what they set out to build.
I lived that transition.
And it reshaped how I think about leadership, growth, and legacy.
Why Scale with Purpose Exists
That moment didn’t break me—it revealed me. I searched for alignment, for clarity, for the tools to rebuild from the inside out.
I found meditation. I found mentorship. I found a community of powerful, resilient women who taught me that success isn’t just external—it’s internal validation.
- I trained in meditation and spiritual psychology coaching to help others navigate transformation.
- I learned that the most valuable thing you can trust isn’t outside advice—it’s your own intuition.
- And I committed to supporting founders, creators, and innovators—not just in their businesses, but in their well-being.
